Dr. Ian Landells, MD, FRCPC

Medical Director

Dr. Landells has been practicing cosmetic dermatology since 1998 and was the first physician in Newfoundland to begin injecting Botox® and fillers cosmetically. In 1998, he trained with Alistair and Jean Carruthers, the world renowned pioneers of Botox® Cosmetic in Canada.

He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland Medical School in 1988, practiced two years Family Medicine in St. John's NL, then went on to study Paediatric Medicine at the Janeway Child Health Centre in St. John's. This was followed by Dermatology at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver B.C, and a fellowship in Paediatric Dermatology at Northwestern University and Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago IL, finishing in 1996. At present, Dr. Landells holds positions below:

President - Canadian Dermatology Association

Clinical Chief - Division of Dermatology for Eastern Health

Clinical Associate Professor - Disciplines of Medicine and Paediatrics with the Faculty of Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Medical Director - Dermatology at Nexus Clinical Research

Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Dermatology, Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery and Dermatology Times of Canada.

Jackie Connors RN
Nursing Director

Jackie has been a practicing registered nurse for the last 14 years. With a background in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Research, Jackie has been Nursing Director for The Landells Clinic for the past 6 years. Her excellent patient care and cosmetic skills as a Nurse Injector make her an integral team member at the clinic. Jackie attends regular training and certification courses to maintain her exceptional skills in treatments such as Botox, fillers and Sclerotherapy.

Katherine Higgins
Managing Director

Katherine has been in the skin care industry since 1996. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1991, she went on to pursue her love of skin care by studying Advanced Esthetics at The Edith Serei Institute in Toronto. By 1997 she had opened her first skin care business, Skin Essentials. Four years later, after developing a working relationship with Dr. Ian Landells she joined his cosmetic dermatology team and has been Managing Director since 2004. Katherine was named 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year for the Avalon Region by NLOWE (Newfoundland and Labrador Organization for Women Entrepreneurs).

Diane Parsons

Senior Clinical Aesthetician and Consultant

Diane, a graduate of Academy Canada's Esthetics Program, has been a member of The Landells Clinic team since 2003. Her outstanding contributions to the clinic include her high standards for client service and quality treatments. Her knowledge and passion for skin care and skin care products are beyond compare and she plays a vital role on our team. Diane is fully trained to consult in all of the procedures that we offer at the clinic. She performs treatments such as Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, IPL Photorejuvenation, hair removal, skin tightening as well as make up applications.

Sharon Organ
Clinical Aesthetician

Sharon's interpersonal skills and compassionate nature make her the perfect medical aesthetics technician. As a graduate from Academy Canada's Esthetics Program, Sharon has been at The Landells Clinic since 2006 and works closely with Dr. Ian Landells and Dr. Gillian Clarke to provide laser care for their medical patients. She has been a great addition to the team.

Stacey Baker
Spa and Clinical Aesthetician

Stacey is our latest additon to the clinic. A graduate from Academy Canada, Stacey has been a member of The Landells Clinic team since 2010. Prior to this she had worked at Samshara Day Spa in St. John's but her interest in clinical esthetics drew her to the Landells team. Her outstanding product knowledge and treatment skills have been a great asset to the clinic.

Sarah Peach
Spa and Clinical Aesthetician

Sarah leads all the Spa Services at the clinic some of which include waxing, manicures, pedicures and facials. She has a gentle caring touch that is pleasing to our clients and her passion for all things skin care goes beyond. Sarah also provides treatments for Dr. Landells' medical patients in the Rosacea Laser Clinic.

Kelly Crummell
Receptionist and Boutique Consultant

Kelly's friendly personality and superior administrative skills make sure that all of our clients are given the best service and care. She is knowledgeable about all of the treatments available at the Landells Clinic as well as the products available in our boutique.
